the guest house is on the second floor (without elevator), in a roman building.
Easy access to restaurants, internet point, fast food and it is really close to Roma Termini station (5 minutes walk).
The room was clean, with fan, and in total 4 beds (in my room).

This hotel is very comfortable and cosy for my mom and I when we visited in Rome. Rony is a very helpful and warmhearted stuff to help us a lot! He helped us to lift the luggage, provided a water heater for us and gave us many good suggestions. The room is very quiet and spacious although shared a bathroom with others. Reasonable price and good location. Highly recommend !

The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known
road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late
night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May
18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly

When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were
welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about
Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many
attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient.
Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple
minutes walking distance.

The rooms and facilities were of good standard. The terrace looked very
attractive but we were visiting in March so it was a bit cold to sit
out. It was an extremely handy location, being near the main train and
metro station and within walking distance of a lot of the main

We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing-we stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and chocolate! The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!

Vatican museum and St Peters Square its also within easy reach of the
hop on hop off bus stop which take you to all the other main tourist
attractions. The room was comfortable and the hosts were very hospitable
arranging transportation to the airport at a good rate.
