The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.

We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We really loved staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very
clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a room with a
small balcony, looking out onto the street, which we much appreciated.
The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Rome and the
staff were all friendly and helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned
Tiger on reception as being extra helpful, and he does, indeed, deserve

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was brand-new inside it, shower was huge and so the room. Breakfast was OK, not a giant buffet but there was everything we like, so... ;-)
Air conditioning is provided and works very well, and this can be helpful if you're travelling to Rome in summer.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was
exceptionally clean with modern decor. The staff were very friendly
and helpful. The hotel itself was a 5 minute walk away from the
Vatican and about 20 minutes to the other main attractions such as the
trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Also conveniently located to Lapanto
metro stop!

The hotel is really good... We stayed there 2 nights. We asked for a room with two separate beds and they give us a 3 persons room with one double bed and one single bed. Location is good. To walk, it takes only 5 minutes from Roma Termini. And it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. If you like, you may walk to Colosseum and it only takes around 15 minutes.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. They really helped a lot in our journey. They helped to keep our luggage for few days when we were out for visiting Sicilia. Also, they lent us the kitchen for making supper when we got back hotel late.

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

Great location - once you learn the trains (46, 62, 64, 116t, 571, 916
to the second Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop will drop you off just around
