The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage. The value for the money was much better than the restaurant in Positano that we tried. The service at the hotel provided by Felix and his staff was excellent. Great value for this area, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G views, 15-minute walk into Positano, so a little away from all the crowds and noise, wide variety of foods provided for Continental breakfast, the owner Felice Murano, is an accomplished chef and will prepare deliciously simple Italian foid for dinner on request, a quiet beach and 'Path of the Gods' close by, the staff are courteous, accomodating of my needs and very helpful.

This is a small familiar hotel with good service in the relaxing village of Praiano. We really liked this hotel! All the staff was very friendly and service minded. The room, with a very beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, was comfortable, clean and tidy. It has a perfect location. Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent
