The room was warm and it was quite convenient for tourists to go to the station.

General noise levels very high from other tenants and also street , the keys didn't fit properly on any door and made an awful racket as there was a tin number plate attached . Simple thing but really spoiled our nights sleep everytime someone came in .

B&B Caterina is a very nice place for your stay in Pisa. 5 Minute walk to the Station. Very comfortable, big rooms and a big kitchen. Very clean!
Do not Forget to call the owner in advance. Because there is no reception desk. You get the keys at the bar next to B&B. A bit stressing after a Long journey
Location to the train station was great and very easy to find. Room was big and bed was comfy. Cheap restaurants and cafes nearby. Wifi worked well. For one night it was perfect for us.
Similar to previous comments the breakfast wasn't great but better than nothing. No reception so you can't get much extra advice etc but Pisa is pretty easy to find your way around so didn't bother us.
We never saw the staff (only contact by phone) but they were very helpful and friendly.
Location was good, and views of the Leaning Tower and the snow capped mountains were beautiful.
Access to the room initially was a liitle difficult as we were suppose to confirm 10 minutes prior to arriving in Pisa but that wwas not possible. However, once we found a phone box and how to work it and get the correct money we got access resonably quickly.
we arrived late and only stayed for one night before moving to Lucca. It was clean and very close tot he rail station (which is why we booked it) so it was easy to catch the train the next day. The kitchen was adequate for making a hot drink and a light breakfast You cannot use the cooker but that didnt bother us ---we only wanted it for one night. Cheap and clean and handy for the train. I never used the TV or Wifi so couldnt make a comment on that

Very weird arriving at 10.30 (I had warned the management) and on phoning being told to get my keys from the bar next door, then without meeting anyone finding I had to go up to the 6th floor - happily one other person there. but a bit spooky
Location was great, just near the station and 15 min walk to the tower. The place was clean.
No-one to greet me when I arrived, key was left at the bar downstairs. They did call to advise but I had a lot of trouble hearing their instructions due to bad lines. Even though there was only three people staying in the whole place it seemed the first two ran out the hot water and I had to bear with a freezing cold shower in the morning.
The nearness to the center and the station.
The staff was rarely there for you. The Air conditioning wasn't working well. The beds were awful. The window does't close well. The plaster of the roof came down. The wardrobe was dirty. The heating unit was heating up the bathroom while we had 35°C outside and we couldn't stop it.
The price is OK.
The position next central station and bus stops however it isn't well marked
The b&b is very dirty, there was cobwebs and dust everywhere, the bath has a broken wc... Thin walls so u can listen everything that happens out of your room... Breakfast with dirty tablecloths and a lot of food but takes from discount... Unhygienic conditions.
There were no staff there whatsoever. Not when I arrived, stayed, or left. Creepy, dirty place.
Certainly my worst experience, while arriving I waited 30 minutes that someone passed by the front door and tell me to get the key to a shop... The room was not clean and it was loud. Last but not least, I have not seen anyone in more than 24 hours spent there and of course did not get any breakfast the morning. To avoid!
