  We stayed in the 4-person apartment, and the room was very nice and had modern decor. I particularly liked the furnishings, the bed was extremely comfortable (I'm fairly picky about beds) and was much bigger than European standards. The bathroom was really nice, and I like the slate tiling in the entire area.   The facilities were excellent, and a very helpful staff made it even better. We had a double room, and though it was a little tight, it was very comfortable, modern and clean. The hi - Hotel Margherita is the 3rd hotel I have stayed in while visiting Monterosso over the last 12 years or so. I would definitely recomment all, but for different reasons. Hotel Margherita is the largest of the 3 and while I feel like I "sold out" in choosing this one, the price is what helped me make my decision. I love the location.
