Very close to the main railway station, shopping famaous Corso Buenos Aires. Easy to go to center-Duomo or other areas by metro. Clean and basic for budget travellers.
Excellent location, very close to Central Station, as well as to Metro. Walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires. Lovely staff.
Staff was very kind. They also gave us a discount for the breakfast.

This hotel seems to attract a lot of criticism, which is rather unfair. Milan is an expensive city, and if you're expecting luxury for this price, you'll be disappointed. The location is fine (and is not dangerous or menacing as some have described...try London instead!)very convenient for the central station. Two metros nearby. A great pizzeria and restaurant nearby. Rooms are cleaned everyday and you can get wifi for 2 euros. It's a quiet area, but I would agree that you shouldn't wander around late at night on your own...Perfect value for money.

Receptionist doesn't speak english (but speaks 4 or 5 other languages), so it's hard to find out anything from him (good for me I know German a bit). And it's not very easy to find the street, you'd better check the way in detail before you get.

It was a nice journey. Hotel is situated close to the central station - Milano Centrale and about 100m from metro station named Caiazzo. For this prices I was suprised to have a such a good comfort. I didn't have a bathroom, but there was one in hallway. Nice view from a window, tv, ned and breakfast included. The owner asked me at which hour I want to eat breakfast, moreower you can choose the, coffee, cappuchino etc. He will bring it to your room :) I can truly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is close to Milano Centrale. It is very good if you have train or plane early. The room was clean, not small. Good price for not expensive.
The walls are so thin, that you can hear everything from your neighbors. The common toilet and bath for whole floor... It's not very comfortable, but for one night, not more. And the stairs to the first and second floor... I need a man for my heavy bag :)

The location is really good in terms of public transport and with the various shops and little restaurants nearby. The washing basin in a room is a nice facility.
The personnel does not speak English and is a bit inquisitive. To enter the hotel you need to climb the stairs which maybe difficult for older people, especially with luggage. Only one shared bathroom for a whole floor is problematic as well...
cheap, clean, budget hotel perfect for one night,had to take the train next morning. In a country where hostels are really bad, this is your better option. Pizzaria on the lower floor is convenient

The staff was extremely rude! The man and woman who seem to run the place are so unfriendly. They charged our credit card before we arrived even though we wanted to pay cash. They demanded the room key every time we left the building, which seemed weird and made us feel unsafe about our belongings...and were very rude when we asked why they had this policy. They also charged for wi-fi which was a first for any place we've been to in any country. Overall just very unhappy seeming people.

Unfortunately the staff looked a bit sad when we arrived, it wasn't a warm welcome. Fortunately this improved because another member of the staff appeared later on and he had a smile. The place also needs some renovation, and maybe some colour added to it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us, which was a nice gesture since we had to leave at 5:30am. They bring breakfast to your room: cappuccino, croissant, biscuit, nutella, jam, and juice. Sugary but nice. The room had a tv and a sink and bidet. The bathroom, although shared, was never in use, so we felt we could shower whenever we wanted to. The hotel is close to Milano Centrale train station. The metro is close by and easy to use so getting around the city is no problem.
The walls were paper thin, we were kept awake by loud, screaming children in the room next door. The bed was not very comfortable, but when you're exhausted it does the trick. The shower drain was slow and water backed up into the shower. Ew. And having no wifi was annoying, but the internet cafe downstairs from the hotel was 0.50 euro for half hour use. It isn't the best neighborhood in Milan.

The hotel is really close to the Central Station so it was perfect for us; we've arrived by train from Turin and the next day we took a bus from the train station vicinity.
The room was a little but smelly and the towels were overused and full of hair.

The location seems not safe at evening and night - the ethnic quartal with too many suspicious people on the streets; I would not call the hotel staff friendly - I had problems with getting full cup of boiled water from them :) I could not find an electric socket in the room; hot water just not existed in shower and tube; it was rather cold and balcony door was not closing properly
27 stairs to go up to reception only young people and guys with no luggage should go there.

room was brutal, staff was mean and orniary, made us give a check out time when we checked in. Breakfast was packaged food brought to the room while we were still getting ready in the morning. loaction is in a questionable neighbourhood, didn't like walking to/from the hotel as it was scary
