  Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. - Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

  The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but that is actually a good thing, since it is situated in very quiet surroundings. The room was spacious, with a good bed, a desk and two (small) chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. Great newly renovated and very comfortable and clean rooms. Not far from Venice (25 min by bus, runs till late at night). Very quiet location, the supermarket close to the villa.

  I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. Pastries, cold meat... cosa dice la gente » s and cheese, bread, coffee, a variety of juices, yogurts and cereal. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.   It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time. The breakfast is varied. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.
