First of all,the friendly lady called Aurora, that took care of everything in this B&B,was very kind and extra-helpful.She answered nearly every question we had about the city and gave us anything we asked for concerning the room. As for our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and it had a large bathroom with shower. It was certainly clean. The breakfast was adequate and enriched with freshly-made croissants by Mrs Aurora!

i) For starters, Fawlty Towers is really close to Termini Station and this is quite an advantage for the average tourist who wishes to have quick and easy access to most of the city's areas.

As promised, Fawtly Towers is just a little over 1 block from Rome's Termini Station. The room was located on the 6th floor, but there is an old-style elevator for easy access. The lobby and breakfast room are on the 5th floor. There are several other hotels on lower floors, which looked more upscale. Fawlty Towers is quite spartan with no frills, but the price was right. No hairdryer in the bathroom but there was one in a bathroom across the hall and one that can be borrowed from the desk. The

The staff here were exceptional! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. Breakfast was plentiful and we particularly liked that we could see the Pantheon if we sat out on the balcony. That's the other thing about this place, the location could not be more perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. I was very impressed by their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. -

The location is very central and close to Cavour metro station. Colosseum is also 5-10 minutes walk away.
Everyday the room was cleaned and the linen changed.
We had the standard double room but it was more than we expected as it offered great comfort.
Finally, before our arrival the hotel reception contacted us and gave ususeful information on how to find the hotel location.
We are extremely happy to have stayed that as the stay was pleasant.
