This hotel is charming! Upon arrival, the very friendly and helpful staff were there to open the doors and offered us a cold drink and a place to sit and rest during check-in. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The breakfast had a good variety, and eggs could be made to order. La camera silenziosa: ho potuto dormire tranquillamente. Merita una menzione il bel giardino, anche se, a causa del clima invernale, non l'ho potuto godere. - Staff molto cortese e gentile. Posizione ottimale per il trasporto. E' possibile raggiungere i vari punti di interesse anche a piedi.

personale gentile e collaborativo. Ho cambiato la camera in quanto quella proposta con la Vs. tariffa si affacciava su di un tetto più alto per cui non si vedeva niente ed ho pagato la differenza. - ho soggiornato in hotel solo poche ore, sicuramente la tranquillità e la disponibilità del personale

This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. Breakfast was excellent with delectable choices. The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease. After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in
Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all
week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and
delicious
