  Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing us maps and directions for visiting the city. They speak English very well. The location is excellent, as you can walk for 10 minutes to get to Piazza San Pietro or to Musei Vaticani. They serve very good cappuccinos as well :) Would definitely stay there again. - It's a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, maximum 10 minutes to the subway. At the Valle Aurelia Station you go up an then go by foot on Via Anastasio II. Also there is a bus station in front of the hotel, with 2 buses leading in different areas in the city center. The room was simple with old furniture, but it was clean, with enough space and a nice balcony. All in all, it's a good place to crash when on a budget; good value for money.

The shower was hot and great pressure for a 6th floor room! (Don't worry there is a lift all the way up.) Location is superb! Very clean and pleasantly decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!
