We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.

really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The heating worked and the water was also very warm:) location is perfect. The stuff always answer phone and trying to help the best as they can:) It's great because You don't have to think that so

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was good,
you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro
and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza
with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building
and there was a very handy lift.

value for money. extremely comfortable and clean.Please bear in mind that it is guest house and not a hotel. Even though the checheck in time is only till 2PM, on prior information the lady kept on waiting for us till we arrived at 9PM. Real value for money. -

I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

Hotel was close to the main train station and close to the city centre.
So we didnt need to use public transport to see all atractions. Our room
was in fifth floor and we had terrrace with nice view to Rome. Room and

She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy
room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum
although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro
station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the
Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a
central location to vis

Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that!

Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air
conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast
included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of
negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we
would definitely stay there again & recommend it.
