The sheer delight of being in such a historic building, beautifully restored with spacious rooms and excellent facilities was a treat not to be missed. Original features and interiors, lovely 15th century palazzo which has a more personal feel than a hotel. Chic without being expensive and snobby. - Staff totally responsive when had an air conditioning problem. Staff were very helpful and able to answer all our information requests. Room perfectly suited our needs - staff responded to booking request to provide room away from noise.
