  A noi è piaciuto tutto di questo hotel. A partire dalla posizione ottimale, da cui tutto era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Poi il signor Maurizio è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile, e ci ha garantito tutti i miglior comfort. Appena ci è possibile ci torneremo!!!!

  All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the o... cosa dice la gente » ther marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.

  Convenient location closed to the city main transportation hub, Termini train station. Only two blocks walk distance. Breakfast included also bread, butter, jam, milk, cornflakes and orange juice in addition to packed croissants that was indicated on the web page. Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location and price ! Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

  It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.
