  This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. The hotel has TWO roof terraces on floor - We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere. It was far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the main historical/tourist sites. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Termini.) The bread basket on the door every morning was neat, and they even gave us a - The staff is very nice, he shows us the places to visit and how to take the transport.   Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it. Was only booked in for an over night stop between flights but would defiantly stay for longer great location for all sights and shops.

  We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door. Rooms were fantastic, enormous for Rome, and with all facilities required. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, with cereals, yoghurt - We liked place, very good, near metro, Vatican. Friendly personal. New clean rooms. Small hotel. We like everything in the hotel. We had trip on Italy for 12 days, 4 citys. This is the best hotel where we stayed.
