I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. ... cosa dice la gente » eing in the middle of the prime shopping district. - The rooms are spectacular - spacious and beautifully decorated with luxurious touches like the Frette sheets The staff is extremely friendly - we loved the butler. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. We stayed at Babuino street. Leone was the only staff we met in person but all the staff member answered the our call promptly to help us.The apartment was clean, well equipped and so roomy for five of us. Lovely apartment in the safe and convenient location in Rome. It was busy during the day but quite at night. The taxi stand and Metro station were very close. So was the grocery store. We will stay here again.

Del Pellegrino 86 (separate building, just down the street from their
main location - two other units at this location as well). The king bed

We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.
Breakfast was ok - big cup of coffee or whatever you want, toasts and croissant, also there was a lot of butter and jam in the frige. There

Sin dall'arrivo al tritone top house, io e il mio compagno abbiamo
notato una grande “apertura” nell’accoglierci, dimostrando che
l’acronimo gay-friendly non è solo qualcosa su cui speculare bensì un
elemento di qualità. La disponibilità dei ragazzi fa da padrona in
questa Guest house. Le camere sono veramente belle e curate nel minimo
