the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main
station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially
in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.

The hotel was wonderful, excellent, fabulous. First of all, it was very
close to the metro station (2 minutes walk) and at a 5 minutes walking
distance to the Vatican. The breakfast room was opened all day long
(also by night) and the breakfast was very rich: natural juices, milk,
cereals, croissants, pies, butter, toasts, jam, finetti, coffee, water,

really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was good,
you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro
and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza
with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building
and there was a very handy lift.

Great service and friendly people: they helped us find a supermarket so we didn't have to pay €2 for half a liter of water in the city, they brought us showergel because we forgot to bring our own and they showed us some nice restaurants. They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.
