Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise.

The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice,
but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher
breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and
synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.

The most amazing thing about Giardino dei Melograni is the staff. Lovely, kind and helpful people, from the two young ladies at reception (Giordana and Eleonora) to the maid, to the lady responsible for breakfast. They're not just polite, they're genuinely nice. The location was excellent. It was fairly easy to find after leaving the waterbus from the airport; and in a good spot to get to all of the “must see” sights. It was lovely to return to the relative calm of the beautiful square, where the hotel was situated, at the end of a busy day of walking and taking all that is La Serenissima.

Frendly stuff. Clean and nice room. Good location, nice atmosphere around. Venice - a city to see, and this hotel is a good place to stay few nights. You can leave the luggage in hotel Florida after you checked out (it's the other hotel where you check-in and check-out), and it's really near the railway station. -

The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location.
The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.

This hotel is located four water-bus stops away from the main train station, and the owner provides customers with very clear instructions on how to reach the hotel. The rooms was clean and comfortable, and had good air condition, which is essential during the summer in Venice. I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

Wonderful! Excellent position in a quiet corner of the Cannaregio but within walking distance of major tourist sites. Easy to find, even at night as only a few minutes from the water bus from Marco Polo Airport. Lovely well equipped bedroom and good breakfast, truly memorable if you can get the table overlooking the canal. Alexandra and her staff are very welcoming.

perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
