Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B.
The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard

Mandy and her staff were so very helpful. The beds were very comfortable
(and large) for Europe - Actually the most comfortable we've slept
in since beginning our European travels nearly a year ago. The location
is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the
Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the
beautiful city. Even so, when the windows were closed, we could not hear
any of the noise from outside. We would certainly stay here again - a

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.

To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case

The very nice location. There is only 5-10 minute walk to train station, to main sightseeing places, such as Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi gallery. There are a lot of different shops nearby.

own keys and coming when you want. The host of this B&B is very
hospitable.

Beautiful contemporary design, fabulous service, incredible location, artsy and intimate....what a find. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich.
