Perfect location for seeing all the relevant sights. A few mins from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colloseum. Only a 15 min walk to The Vatican. The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The charming hotel is located right in the heart of Rome, with access to everything! We had a triple room with a balcony and it was just perfect. Refrigerator is in the room. Full shower and bath. The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

Excellent location. Pretty central if you wish to check out most of Rome's sites. Literally a block away from il Colosseo. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. If you're coming to Rome for site-seeing, this location is untoppable.
