  The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant' Angelo within a quiet street on the second floor of a building, however there is a lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (both the owners and maid). The hotel kindly arranged door to door transport to the hotel from the airport, which worked out less than getting a taxi... cosa dice la gente » . They were able to provide an umberella to use when the weather was inclement and also directions and lots of helpful local information. The hotel is - The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and there was a lift. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A light breakfast was served in our room each day at the time we requested. The friendly manager arranged our trip to the airport with a very professional driver for slightly less than the usual cab fare. Would definitely stay again! - Good location not far from Vatican and Metro line on quiet side street. Room good with little or no street noise and friendly helpful staff . Four keys to carry around and breakfast served in your room was not too much of an issue, however this depends on the individual travellers expectations. Would use hotel again if visiting Rome in the future.

  Our host Giulia made Glatimia special. She is kind and thoughtful, and her English is great (a bonus). She helped us plan our days in Rome, and gave us some really helpful insider's tips, which saved us a lot of time. On the last day we had to check out early, so she prepared breakfast for us the day before, that we could keep in the fridge. Great staff, very friendly and helpful - suggestions for great neighbourhood restaurants, helped with taxi etc. Room was spacious, very clean and had everything needed. Lovely little sweet breakfast was served every day exactly at the time wished. Me and my mother, we definitely enjoyed the stay and I would recommend it any time. Grazie!

  Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.
