Everything from the service and staff to the rooms was brilliant. Wonderful breakfast, very warm welcome and attitude from the stuff. From the first moment we felt the smell of the fresh bakery and vanilla which was accompanied by a wonderful coffee. The situation is perfect just a few minutes' walk from via Manzoni and Duomo. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The design was fashionable and welcoming. We will for sure come back! :)))

Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

  It is a clean and cheap hostel with very comfy rooms. The people who work there are very kind and helpfull. What you pay is what you get but for this money you get really good deal. I even liked the croisant for breakfast:) If you are used to eat a lot in the morning this breakfast won`t be enough but that`s what Italians have in the morning.   The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously.   The host is very nice. He answered lots of our inquiries, like the route to the airport, the post office etc. And he always gave us a warm smile that make us feeling great. - The staff is friendly. He apologized for the mistake he did with timing due to daylight saving.
