  We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it. The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts. The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries . Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.   The hotel is located in a nice area of Rome, across the Tiber river (Trastevere). The location is quiet and beautiful (small, old houses with a lot of vegetation and flowers, going up some hills in a network of curly streets). From the hotel, you can reach the city center in about 15 - The hotel was a stopover on our way to Civitavechia to board a cruise. We flew into Rome airport and it was simple to catch a train to Trastavere, where we would need to change for Civitavechia. The hotel is in walking distance of the station and there is a flight of stone steps up to Villa Rosa where we had to check in. Hotel 11 Villino is around the corner 70 meteres away.   I love the location of the place, it is not in the city center, but very near Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and other interesting places in Rome. It is also near the bus stations, and some of Rome's most interesting restos and gourmet places. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
