  Inn Urbe is a great place to stay. It's clean, contemporary and comfortable. Great consideration has gone into the design of the B&B and it has everything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the B&B is a real plus. There are some lovely little streets nearby with nice vibe, trendy shops and small good value restaurants. (All near Via Urbano) I - We enjoyed everything about our stay. The whole place was impeccably clean. At the last minute I made arrangements to pick my husband and I up, Barbara answered promptly and we had no problems. Also, very recently there was a transportation strike on the day we were leaving, and Sandra went above and beyond to help us. She even emailed to ensure we made it to our next destination safely. Zero complaints, they were wonderful. The location is right around the corner from everything!

  We stayed there for a week in the end of October 2013. The room is clean and comfortable, there is all facilities. Everything is new. We had the room with the balcony which is on the silence street. The staff is really helpful. Thanks Franz for everything. There is the breakfast in the morning. The location is in 500 m from Vatican. If you w - The b&b just openend so everything is new. We liked the owner, he is very informal and helpfull. There is a trainstation nearby (5 minute walk), which is good for reaching the B&B at arrival and go to the colloseum. For seeing the rest of the city, we never used it. St Pieter square is 15 minute walk. Nearest metro station 25 minute walk. There is a bus for reaching the rest of the city, but we never used it and did most of the sightseeing by foot.

He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. We will definetly stay here again and highly recommend BB Matisse! Many thank

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.
