  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and amazing showers and bathroom! We would most definitely recommend staying there.

  We booked there for our Anniversary and it was an absolute pleasure – Proseco and chocolates were waiting at our room and everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and very romantic. The bathroom was very modern and had all amenities we needed. My wife and I give this hotel the highest rating in every category. We loved everything about this hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, the breakfast was perfect, and Valentina's warmth and graciousness made our stay at Relais Ristori a most pleasureable & warm experience. She worked hard to make sure we felt comfortable and special, and that all of our travel needs in Verona were simplified. We will definitely stay at this charming hotel again an

  Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect. There is a shuttle bus, which you need to book, and bus is cheap and not far.... This hotel would in my opinion cost more than twice as much if - Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Extremely clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Indoor pool available until 9pm. 3.5km to the city centre, but shuttle bus available and public bus stop directly outside the hotel.
