Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. Re

The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious
and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is
very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it
is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when
you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part
time.The location can´t be better

We had a great time at Residenza Gambrinus. Since there was the cycling
world championships during our stay, many streets in the city center
were blocked. The owner of the hotel met us outside the city center and
guided us directly to a central garage where we could leave our car
during the stay. Then he helped us bringing our luggage to the

A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .
