The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.

This house is really amazing!!!!! Nice villa surrounded by lush garden, excellent atmosphere inside, great room, really nice owner (Elena), close to the bus station to the Florence city centre (about 10 minutes) = we could only recommend! It´s a pitty that we have stayed there only 1 night.

cottage than your common hotel room. No tv or phone in the rooms which
