Cosa dice la gente
A very nice and clean small hotel near the downtown (less than 20 minutes of walking) of Florence and close (less than 15 of walking) to the St. Maria Novella railway station. It's located in a small and quiet district without any through traffic.
And to be fair, I liked the hotel manager more than the hotel. He was so kind to draw a personal map for us by marking all "must see" places by priority and importance. And he had made recommendations where we should eat to really enjoy local food. Ab. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
What a great place to stay. Generally check in ends at 8:30pm but Marco stayed up until midnight for us. He was so helpful and walked us through all the sites and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean, large, and there was always complimentary wine in the entrance way. Paolo made us great breakfasts and was a joy to see in the mornings. With its close proximity to town, large new rooms, free wifi and free wine, this is a perfect place to stay.
Spacious and very clean rooms with a relaxing ambience, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Marco was a very efficient and informative host whenever he was around. Gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to eat. His cousin Paolo was also the sweetest and considerate in showing us how he brewed his coffee. The cleaning lady tided our rooms on a daily basis.
What we loved most about our stay here was the amount of time our host spent with us when we checked in. We had a very short time in Florence and he sat down with us and planned our whole day for us. We were travelling by car and he gave up his car park on the street outside for us. Our room was huge and spotless. Bathroom great. Breakfast good.
Our stay was very pleasant. The room was huge and fully equipped, as was the bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean and they would clean and organize everyday.
The staff, Marco and Paolo are very friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the information we could possibly need during our visit to Florence. I will surely come back again.
The staff are extremly friendly and helpful. The room is better than we expected. It is big and clean. The breakfast is simple but enough, and it worth this price. The location is near main train station, it is about 10mins walk. Do ask the staff how to get there before your travel, since there is a shortcut, which is not shown on Google map.
Fantastic service from Marco, he gave us a map, showed and talked about
every attraction worth visiting, and gave insights into our own prepared
guide plan, making our short stay in Florence optimal! Large, clean
rooms, free parking, great location, right outside ztl.
The owner is very friendly. The breakfast is fine. The room is very
spacious, and very quite else morning at 7h30. The temperature of the
room was perfect without ac because outiside it was 32°C. The old town
is 20mn by walk. One of the best value in Firenze.
Marco! So Nice and helpfull, he welcomed us with great hospitality :).
Good location, parked outside, 15 minutes walk from the center.
Friendly, comfortable, cosy and totally clean room, nice breakfast.
Everything a traveller wants :).
Atelier Cosseria was very good value.we had the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Marco the owner was very friendly and helpful arranging taxis and entrance into the Uffizi, also telling us some of the best places to eat.
Everything was perfect! From the furniture to the very friendly staff. Marco had spent with us more than an hour to show what places to visit and where to eat. The breakfast was not very big but tasty espesially coffee.
Marco was great giving us a run down of the city and giving us tips. It was about 15 mins to the city centre which wasn't a problem for us. We needed parking so it was the closest location that had street parking.
-Great staff, very helpful and they explained everything you need to know when you visit Firenze :)
-Localization, 20minutes by foot and you are in the center
- rooms are large and very well decorated
- cleanliness.
Easy to find, convenient parking for free, only 12 min walk to the main
train station. Very caring host, he guided us through the map and even
offed us a welcome-glass of local wine. Neat styling, quiet, safe.
The room was very clean and confortable.
The staff was really helpful and extremely friendly. They helped me a lot to plann my stay in florence, giving wonderfull tips of tours and restaurants.
Marco was a wonderful host and spent ages with us advising us where to visit in the short space of time we had. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
I stayed here for the second time and both times I was very warmely welcomed. Moreover they called to confirm the time of my arrival to Atelier.
The owner was VERY caring and helpful. Just 15 minutes walking from the historic center, lots of parking. Clean and spacious room.
Marco was extremely welcoming and a great host. His explanation in detail about the city was very helpful. He was really caring.
This is my second time stay in Atelier Cosseria. Marco is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back :-).
Very suitable location if you are going to Florence by car.
The staff is very friendly, it's nice to stay there.
I already miss Marco!
Very nice and friendly!
Everything was good!
Location also!.
Comfy room
Good WiFi connection
Great location.
Very nice host Marco, helpful information.
The owner is very nice and helpful.
Great service.
Clean room and good facility. The host sent us to the train station on
the last day.
The 20mins trek into downtown and then back again. It wouldn't have been that bad if not for the fact that you have to walk up a sloped pavement while cars were whizzing by on the road next to you.
The only slight negative was the 15min walk in to town. But we chose this place because of the parking and the positive feedback so that is the trade off we were prepared to make.
A bit too simple breakfast, would be nice with more Italian toppings
and choices, I.e Italian cheese, meat, oils etc. Wifi could have
been better.
Nothing.
Would have preferred to be closer to the centre ten -fifteen minute walk is okay but not quite so good when you have been walking for about six hours.
The breakfast was only okay would have been much much better if he had given fresh bread rather than pre-packed.
May be a little bit far from the center to walk by foot, about 20 minutes from Duomo, but we used a car.
Nothing.
We had a room with windows opening on a garage cluster. People getting their cars out early in the morning were causing enough noise to be considered a disturbance.
The breakfast and the ventilation in the bedroom as the air-conditioner didn't work.
You better get in contact with the hotel keeper in advance otherwise you would hardly find the place as there is no hotel name or any other indication.
Anyway, keep looking for building number 18 that's the right one.
TV may be a little bit too small comparing to the large size of the room.
Bathing room.
Please note that you really need to contact the B&B to inform the
time, otherwise you could suffer from a severe scold. Besides, though it
looks close to the station, it's hard to find. You really need to
contact to get the right directionto get there.
