  Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T - Very good location if you want to sightsee the old town its, just few minutes from the main gate. If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all. Breakfast very nice (typically italian) in cafe located 2 minutes walk from bb.

Our spacious bedroom had direct access to a nice garden and the main entrance of the hotel gave direct access to the beach. The location is also very nice: very close to the beach, with a nature reserve and many flamingos around the corn - The room itself, as well as the hotel over all looked great and was very clean and calm. Also the staff (Simone) did more than you could ever expect. Even if the description said "Wifi only available in public areas" it was available in the room. Also we got a small breakfast (that we did not expect) in the bar on the other side of the street. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely stay there again when we came back to Cagliari.
