12 km to the north of Grosseto there is a charming farmhouse with 2 apartments. The farm is located in the country among the pastureland of the Maremma region, just a few kilometres from the village of Batignano with its middle-ages castle. Its a peaceful place, ideal for those who love being surrounded by nature and intend to use the house as their base for excursions around the region. A day by the sea is among the possibilities (20 km).
The apartment is fitted out in a simple and congenial style; a large orchard garden surrounds the building with numerous fruit trees, giving plenty of shade. It is possible to take a cookery course on request to help you prepare typical regional dishes. Olive-oil is sold at the agri-tourism shop.
