It was our second time i B&B La Torre and it was perfect again. La Torre is amazing place with good atmosphere, right in beautiful center of old Bergamo. We hope we will come again.

Everything as described if anything better than expected .Friendly but unintrusive .breakfast more than adequate and service great .the previously reviewed glass doors issue was being dealt with and that solved a really nice place to stay for all .The bus from the airport goes every 20mins takes 15 mins and drops you 5 mins walk from La Torre or you can get off at the Funicular stop ,a 24hr ticket is 5 euro or 72hrs for 7 euro and includes all buses and the funicular .Tickets in the airport at Tourist Info Bureau .
Owner is really friendly, room and bathrom are clean, breakfast is fine, there is possibility to use the kitchen and dinning room for own purposes eg. to prepare own dinner. And you are in the hearth of 'citta alta' of Bergamo.
Localization causes that the room is noisy, especially early morning when bells rings and garbage collectors collecting glass. But if you are not very sensitive to noise it will be OK.
Stayed at hotel two nights in September. Perfect location in the old town Alta Citta. Very elegant interior decoration. Quite a steep stairway up to third floor. Good breakfast and cuisine/dining room was open to make your own breakfast for the early morning flight. Owners are very friendly.

Breakfast was fairly basic. A little noisy late in the evening and early morning. To be expected given the location but would worry if there in high season.
Very good location in beautiful Bergamo - citta alta. Simona was very helpful and some breakfast was available even though we left for an early flight.
Sadly we stayed only 1 night there... Couldn't make the coffee machine work. Maybe a kettle should be available for an early cuppa!
Excellent location, the typical place I would be jealous of when I saw someone coming out of it. Very nice rooms, classic, high ceilings, lovely building on a little piazza. Good bed and bath, nice breakfast and very nice hosts.
This is all you can wish for.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The house is a small, old family house, refurbished with taste and personality, and centrally located in the heart of the old town.
The breakfast was adequate, but it's a pity they didn't "showcase" Bergamo's local produce.

Katarina the host was so lovely and friendly . The room was very clean and comfortable . Shared bathroom seems the norm in Italy in a B&B , so I got over it . The location is perfect , right in the heart of Citta Alta . I would definitely stay again .
breakfast is not amazing . sliced pan and croissants in packets , not fresh . Seems a shame when there are so many amazing bakeries a stones throw from the B&B. Great coffee though !

I really liked the location and the owners as they were very helpful (called me to explain how to go there from the airport). Breakfast and café are nice as well ;) Next time I'll stay there again for sure.
The street is quite noisy at night, there's a pub in the same building, but despite I slept very well.

Very good location, easy to find, easy to come from the airport. Most important- everything was clean and the staff was polite.
I was expecting staff to talk in english, but unfortunately it was well hard to communicate. On the other hand, the lady was trying her best + tourist information centre is just cross the street were you can get all the info you. need.
