  The hotel was just lovely with Noel & staff bending over backwards to make your stay perfect. The room was pristine clean and I was delighted when I stepped into the bathroom in my bare feet - the tiles were warm with underfloor heating and there were heated towel rails. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!
