We stayed in Villa 115 which we enjoyed immensley it was quiet and restful. Enjoyed the lovely body gel shampoo and moisturiser replaced every day. We also enjoyed the cookies provided daily . Initially when we arrived we were quite disappointed with the villa originally designated to us (my husband and myself are in our 80's and did ask that consideration be given as we were elderly) The villa shown to us had the shower positioned over a sunken bath and we were unable to negotiate the task of

The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name.
Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice.

We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes. The pool bar is a fantastic bonus (although it's location means the sun only shines there till the afternoon) less than 7 minutes to kuta beach which is one

We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.

We had booked a pool view room. The lower rooms are already renewed, the top not yet. After seeing the top room we were a little dissapointed. The offered us a upgrade to another room. No pool view but an absolutely beautiful room!! Staff is friendly, nice swimming pool with pool bar and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very quiet. 10

My husband and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and stayed here for five days. Although we felt Kuta itself was too busy and bustling we love the resort because it was so quiet and relaxing yet right in the heart of Kuta and only a short walk to everything. The staff at Kuta Beach Club were awesome and friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool and sunken pool bar was a big highlight and nearly every afternoon was spent keeping cool in the pool and chatting to other guests.

Willingness of staff to help - when the elevators didn't work due to planned maintenance - they quickly brought the suitcase to the room. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties and most of the time the food is different every day. Location is along the main road so it's very accessible -

This hotel was conveniently located near airport and hotel provide airport pick-up a plus point. Around hotel were many restaurants, Discovery Mall nearby makes pleasant walk about. Staff were always having a smile on their faces.

Great food at hotel at cheap prices.Surf across the road with lifesavers tower at beach for the inexperienced.Good range of shopping and many resturants to choose from, food wise and price wise.Good hotel for all, couples, singles and family groups. I went to Bali for 9 night and stayed at Kuta Playa as it was located on the beach and close to everything. I hired a pool villa as I was looking for total privacy and a little luxury. The minute I walked in the front gate the is what I was greated by. It was awesome, I could not fault it. The villa was large and beautiful, it was decorated nicely

chambermaid tidy n clean our room....she really put in effort n details
to her work...such a great worker...too bad we could not remember her
name! As for the rest all are great!! Keep up with the good
work...definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Bali!
