Love Sanur, love the people, the restaurant, breakfast. It is all good. I left and came back and may return after Nusa Lembogan. The area is great close to beach and restaurants and bars.
Internet problems. Seems to be the weather. No pool. Economy rooms have no English TV.
Really friendly stuff! They have a nice japanese restaurant downstairs.
Unfortunately my first room had bad bugs, but I could change my room at 4am without any problems
Lovely place, friendly staff, comfortable, and the food was good. Also, fast wifi.

The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. As the AC was not very effective in the room they switched on the ACs in other vacant rooms so we could compare ours. The food was really very good in the hotel's restorant. Breakfast was big and tasty. They had more than 5 different sets to choose between.
Opening the bathroom sliding door was not comfortable an each opening-closing was very noizy

The staff was friendly,but they did not speak fluent English and they did not try to obtain the best deals for your trips (in fact, they offered us very expensive ones) If you want to swim and chill by the beach, chose another location

Love its proximity to the beach (5 min walk) and there is a great yoga studio nearby called the Power of Now Oasis! Staff were very attentive to my needs, great service.
Great modern room for the affordable price you pay. However, the bed has no real blankets, only bedsheets! I guess it didn't bother me too much as I was only staying for one night, I had to tune down the A/C though so I won't get cold at night. Maybe that was the idea they had lol..

My requested room was g/f but they told me none so I had to upgrade and pay more. Still not on g/f but could not manage stairs very well. Had to accept as no other option other than find another hotel!!
We have been to Bali many times. At first we always stayed in Kuta - Seminyak area until we had enough with the traffic and the crowd. Then we explored Ubud and lately we always stayed in Denpasar. It was win win solution which means central location (beetween Kuta - Sanur - Ubud), good hotel at good price. But this budget-friendly hotel in Sanur has more than we expected. For less than $35 we got spacious clean room with AC, hot shower, and tasty breakfast. It's very close to the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants but quite enough as it is not directly on the main road. Parking area is available and wifi is good. The owner and staff were really friendly. Yet it is still close to Ubud and not too far to Kuta. Plus the new underpass makes trip to airport shortened. We prolonged our stay with them and will definitely return in the future.
It is a budget hotel with good enough facilities. Of course it was not like a star hotel but I got nothing to complain.
The staffs were friendly. I love the pregnant concierge lady who still served us with smile eventhough we came to check in quite late at night. We booked an economy room through letsbookhotel.com with a good deal price, but they upgraded our room to a standard room with flat tv and tv cable. Room was very comfortable. Location wise, it is very near to Sanur beach, small shops selling local handicrafts, restaurants and spa. In the morning we can use the hotel bicycle to cycle along sanur beach and enjoy the sunrise. We love the breakfast. They gave 6 choices of breakfast set: sashimi set, fried rice set, fried noodle set, toast set, omelette set, and fried potato set. From 6 we can only choose one. On the first day, we got additional toast bread with jam and butter on top of our sashimi and fried rice set, because we were super hungry after cycling :p In short, it was a pleasant stay :) love this small and cozy hotel.
The bicycles are not taken care, so it was rusty and not in a good shape anymore

The room & bathroom are spacious with AC, tv, (not too) hot water. Near the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. They also provide free bictcle, too.
The trainee needs to be trained. The nearest beach wasn't that nice. And there's some dirty spots need to be cleaned up First before guest checking in.
Japanese food was ok, but last day we had food poisoning. Be careful with raw fish snd hygiene in this place.

Rather shabby surroundings, indifferent staff and air condition that didn't work. they tried to charge me extra 10% for paying by card and dind't respond to my email when I asked them to send my forgotten bikini.
