Super nice hotel, great location, helpful and super friendly staff! No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!

We were at first put into accommodation known as a Lumbung these are cramped, dark and tiny with almost a ladder going from upper bedroom to the outdoor downstairs bathroom which is very steep. They are kind of a traditional Indo style place my friend and I decided this was not for us and asked to change the staff were most amenable and put us into a fab newer room one level with gorgeous outdoor bathroom. we stayed 3 night in this resort and we really love it . resort are fabulous and our lovely room overlooking the pool, very quiet , far from the busy spot so can actually be relax but if want more action can just walk around 10-15 mins, deserted white sandy beach and a fantastic snorkeling right in front of the Resort The owner and the staff are so friendly . we will stay here again next time

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. I had a bungalow which was about 50m walk to the beach, superb location on the island & the bungalows are really cute!
The staff are what Star Bar & Bungalows, they are very friendly & also very helpful for any enquiries for things to do on the Gili Islands or Lombok.
