Willingness of staff to help - when the elevators didn't work due to planned maintenance - they quickly brought the suitcase to the room. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties and most of the time the food is different every day. Location is along the main road so it's very accessible -

Fuss-free check-in, courteous and friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. Located near Mall Bali Galleria, easy to get taxis and many Halal restaurants within walking distance. The bread pudding served during breakfast is simply-to-die-for. Nice ambience and atmosphere. My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali.

We are a honeymoon couple, what a surprise that they give us complimentary amunities upon arrival- this is beyond the expectation :) -
There is a KFC and supermarket just across the street. The staff are very friendly and respond to calls fast. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complementary pudding with fruits for my birthday.

First impression was the amazing look of the poolside garden and pool. Rooms kept very clean. Air-con. TV. Staff were absolutely incredibly helpful. More than I expected as they helped me find cheaper rates for water sports. They don't get commission as I thought. Breakfast included was perfect with a few options. Location was great and the helped me source a scooter cheap. Good hub for going to kuta, jimbaran, uluwatu, etc..
I will not look at another place. I'm coming here again next year!! T
