Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met. Room scrupulously clean, modern decor, quiet at night so slept well. Extensive room service menu, food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast buffet very tasty as well. Staff all helpful.

Staff went out of their way to help when my wife became ill. They even
prepared special meals for her. They treated us like their own family.
Shiv Kumar went and got all the medicines we needed. They were extremely

Stayed there for my wedding Mehendi ceremony. All was organized very well, helpful staff and hotel manager. Location is not in walking distance from anything, but this is quite clear from the map when you look for a hotel. -

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

super decorative rooms, nice clean and tidy room and bathroom, the staff was very friendly & professional. Food was very nice and with a quick service. They offered me some indian sweet dishes complimentary which were awesome. Very close to the airport. -

This is a great place for business customers like me the staff went out of their way to be helpful to obtain services, like SIM card and product stands I required for an Expo that I was presenting at. The Taxi driver they supplied spoke good English and found all our needs and helped build up our stand at the Expo, I will use this hotel again thats for sure.
