Beautiful resort with excellent facilities and private beach. Most of the staff were lovely and attentive. Lovely greeting on arrival. Beautiful pool.

Got the feeling that some of the staff were trying to upsell activities at the resort. Whilst staff were mostly lovely some were a bit too scripted.

Ideal site for airport in/out 10 mins away, ( in light traffic) Staff sensational, nothing too much trouble especially front desk

A little pricy, lots of add on taxes for everything. No free Wi-Fi

Good location, comfortable room, friendly attitude to customer.

Spa is so so. Sound isolation is not efficient - you hear the people in corridor and if the hotel have a party or a wedding - it s quite noisy till 11 pm.

I booked 4 days stay for AED 1,440. But when I reached the hotel they said I have to pay AED 1,800 instead of AED 1,440. I didn't argue as I don't care about the difference, but it wasn't professional to increase the price when the client reached the hotel. For the same price, I could have booked Ramada Hotel which has more facilities than Holiday Inn

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff lift a good hotel to an excellent one. Wouldn't even bother looking for another hotel next time I visit Mumbai.

The function room music made itself heard (& felt) even at the remote end of the fifth floor. At least it stopped at midnight.

they had no complimentary WI FI where even a 3* budget hotel has Wi fi & staff took ages to check in & tried to overcharge me from what had been confirmed by letsbookhotel.com after couple of hours they finally agreed to charge me correct rate very disappointing for chain hotel

It was close to the airport.

This hotel is 4 star; not five as shown on letsbookhotel.com. It is too much costly considering what is included (internet is extra, breakfast is extra). I would recommend other hotels with 5 stars for the same value.
