The best was the service provided by the young man at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and always ready to offer his assistance. Indeed, he solved a few problems for us, unrelated to the hotel. -

Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

Staff were very polite and helpful but in the main with limited English. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room service food was excellent and great value. The staff are excellent at this hotel, offering help and going out their way to help seemed like second nature. Located in Coonaught Place, it is in central Delhi and near the metro and all the shopping. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable, good wifi and a wide selection of English TV channels.
Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel as the hotel shares the building with other businesses.

It was centrally located in Connaught Square, near shops, bars and restaurants, with an amazing view of the city from the restaurant/dining room. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helped us to find out way around the area. Breakfasts were lovely and hygeinically prepared and you could have as much (or as little) as you liked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. And it is conveniently close to Connaugh Place, where you can find several good restaurants, and both the underground stations (the express link to the airport and the metro line that takes you to the city centre). -
