Spacious and clean room, quite place, great location right accros Aquapolis plus 15 mins walking or 5 mins driving from the Szeged center, wifi works in rooms, big secured/private parking, english speaking staff, friendly host (thanks Zoltan). Everytime we stay in Szeged we will stay in this guesthouse. - We found the room to be clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful. The secure parking was good. The location was an easy walk (about 15 minutes) over the river to the city. There was a pub nearby which served good meals and we had breakfast at the hotel across the road which was also good value. There is a separate kitchen which you can use. After a slow start the WiFi worked well

  I arrived at 8 am, and I got the room immediately. It was very clean and comfortable. I was offered a bigger room the following day at no extra cost.   A wonderful guesthouse with a nice large room, refrigerator for use in the hall to share, parking enclosed for our car. Nice and warm on a very cold early fall night. Plenty of hot water and very friendly staff

  Very good location. 5 mins walking from the city center. For the money spent, it is quite ok. Beware that they do not have breakfast and the cheaper rooms do not have air conditioning included in the price. It was not a surprise, it was clearly stated in the booking info.
