We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.

Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

I really liked this new, fresh and modern appartment! It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use. The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.
