Discrete, polite staff bu - Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the park. Towels were changed & bins emptied on a daily basis - this is also done later in the morning so if you want a sleep in, no-one will disturb you! The hotel was safe and in a perfect location for sight seeing,travel,relaxing and shopping! I have been to Budapest previously and this is probably the best accomodation I have stayed in. I will be going back and I will definetely stay in this hotel.

  We stayed there 3 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, so the bathroom and the kitchen. It was good that we were close to the center of Budapest, we had shops, malls, restaurants, everything close to us. The bus station and the metro station was also close, so as a location it was great. Got there from the airport within 45 minutes on public transport. Very near to the M1 and M3 metro lines and the 4 + 6 tram lines so could go anywhere fast. Friendly manager who spoke good English. Rooms were simple but adequate with a comfy bed and a good pillow. We thought it was good value for money.

  The owner was very nice and helpful and the apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and had all the utilities one could desire: microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing table and dry iron. Also, the kitchen had everything you need in case you wanted to cook or make coffee. Nice studio flat with good size bed, tv, lots of cupboard space & basic small kitchen. I arrived late (11pm) & owner was there to giver the key & explain everything.
