They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested.   The hotel is in a quiet area, away from city's crowd and noise. I'm not sure how to go to down town if you don't have a car. We had one and it was easy to go around. Room was big enuogh for a family with one kid. It was clean. Bathroom stuff was adequate. We stayed in mountain side so didn't benefit the city view. But our view was nice as well. Breakfast wasn - The hotel is in a quiet area, away from city's crowd and noise. If you have a car you can go to down town in 15 minutes otherwise by bus no 58 (the bus stop is 200 m from the hotel) takes 40 minutes. Room was big enough, it was clean and bathroom stuff was adequate. Staff was very helpful and suggested a nice restaurant when we asked. Internet was free and worked well.
