Symi is a fantastic and peaceful island in sharp contrast to Rhodes, from where we traveled by ferry. Fun to go by taxi b -
Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

First of all, it is needed to say, that we didn't spend our time in Grace Hotel, because its owner Mr. Yannis offered to us room in his other hotel Captain's Suit. We were surprised at the beggining however very satisfied at the end. We had very nice apartment with big terrace and beautiful sea view. Room was very comfortable and clean. Mr. Yannis

The location is excellent, because the hotel is in the centre of Yalos (the port of Symi), but at a certain distance from pubs and clubs, so that you can sleep very confortably. The rooms are clean; most of them have a view on the Castle; breakfast is served in a small garden, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

The view from the terrace was just stunning. The staff were very good. Just the place for a relaxing time. Location by the waters edge could not be beaten. Would recommend to those looking for a quiet time. Symi port not far away by bus or even a pleasant walk.

But it is a country setting, with typical roasters crowing, church bells ringing etc in the morning, certainly adds to the charm of the place.
There is a lot of walking as everything is up hills or stairs one way or the other.
But there is a bus that runs on the half hour to the Port or the beach about 100 metr -
Frank has this down to a science. He picked us up at the ferry without having to ask which ferry we were on (there are only a couple a day) which is amazing given the climb and windy walk it would have been with our bags. He serves the second best breakfast I have had in Greece, and then takes your luggage down to the harbour and stores it at a shop for you so that you can enjoy your day after check-out. Great views from the balconies and good a/c. Everything up in Chorio is much more authentic

Met at the ferry terminal by the owner and escorted to this lovely large apartment set two blocks back from the main waterfront. Nice and quiet, good bathroom, hot water kettle, large fridge and a small stove. -

Very friendly and flexible hosts. Nice setting in the top of the village, where it's just a bit cooler. Only 1 km to Pedi beach. Grocery store, restaurants and nice bar close by. -

everything was brilliant. we stayed in the attic apartment and it was fantastic. one of the best views of symi. we were given water, milk and wine. balcony was perfect.location is on the harbor. the owner is a lovely guy who showed us round and told us about the places to stay. if...no...when i come back to symi, it will be here. thanks for everything,
