This hotel should be rated 6 star given the quality of the establishment and hospitality of the owner. From the first welcoming cup of lemonade to the end check out, everything is perfect.
The owner goes the extra mile by being so helpful and engaging, showing you the best beaches to go to helping to sort a hire car. We cannot speak highly enough of her.

Very friendly owners and staff! Our studio was very beautiful and always clean. The hotel is a couple of meters from the main road so it is very peaceful, no traffic noise. A nice little path leads to the beach (1 min by foot). The sandy beach is really beautiful, not overcrowded and with one cafeteria and one restaurant, just perfect in our eyes!

Very convenient location, exactly on top of the beach of Patitiri. Owners were a elderly local couple, very helpful on everything - they even called us before our arrival at the port to ask if we needed a lift. Rooms look dated, but are spotlessly clean. Very nice balcony with view of the port and the sunrise. Very quiet neighbourhood. The hotel offers a very welcome homelike feel. Strong wifi signal everywhere.

La disponibilità dello staff dell'hotel sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, la posizione meravigliosa sull'isola in punto strtegico, fuori dalla confusione ed comodo alle migliori spiagge dell'isola, la pulizia negli appartamenti con cambio di lenzuola ed asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, la colazione a buffet, ricca e varia.

We stayed for 9 nights and must admit that all the facilities were great. We could not fault the place and cleanliness. The people are very friendly. The location needs a bit of searching but it was not that difficult. Would recommend the hotel for friends.
