  Great location very quiet. Excellent pool with amazing views looking onto the mountain and down to the sea. In between the 2 villages of perissa and perivolos so good range of bars and restaurants to choose from. Rooms were very clean and spacious they were cleaned every day. We had a great holiday would definitely recommend and hopefully be back in a few years. - Good situation, close to the beach, close to Fira. You need a car to get in and to travel around the island. It's a cute hotel with nice staff. Great swiming pool! We had a problem with ferry tickets and we had to leave one dat before we had booked, they arrange us the price for the night we booked but not used. Good value!

  Le camere sono molto grandi, e anche il bagno. Sono molto confortevoli e arredate semplicemente ma con gusto. La pulizia è ottima. La posizione è perfetta, in quanto si trova a 50/100mt dal mare, e dal centro, dove troverete spiaggia attrezzata e un lungo mare con molte taverne ed alcuni negozi. Struttura ben tenuta e pulitissima. Gregorius, il propietario è molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni varie e per accompagnare i propri ospiti al porto o all'aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!!

The couple who run the house are very friendly and help their guest in everything they ask or need. The picked us up by the airport for a small extra charge. All in all a really absolut excellent value for money we havent found elsewhere yet. We will come back for shure and look - The staff were very kind. They received us with a bottle of cold water, and they allowed us to store our baggage for several ours after our check out. The location in Perissa was very good, close to the beach, the restorant's area, and the bus stop.

  We are a group of 4 Malaysian friends travelling to Greece for the first time and the hostel manager, who we were told to call 'Mummy', really lived up to that name! She was lovely and accommodating, always asking us how she could improve our stay in Perissa. The rooms were beautifully furnished and perfectly comfortable for us - The lady that owns this hotel is friendly and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing stay here, and would definately come again. Th enviroment is relaxing and inviting, the food is delicious, and the staff are firendly. Thank you San Effrem for making our stay in Santorini amazing!!
