Everything about this hotel is perfect! Demitra and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay an amazing one. From the breakfast cooked to order and brought to your room to poolside drinks and water that just seem to appear. The service is impeccable and seems so effortless. Views are amazing. Suites are well appointed. Location cannot be beat. There are many good hotels in Santorini...this is a great one!

Wonderful view, the best location. Staff was really nice and kind, the manager Elina is a darling, always with a smiling face, and very helpful. We felt cared. It's a hotel who care for details, like the cel phone they gave us to contact them in case of need! Loved the champagne on arrival, the ipod on the room, the breakfast loking over the caldera.

We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera
view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking
distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Decent rooms,
