  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was so friendly. Marios went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He helped us book ATVs and they were delivered to us! The location is right in the middle of everything. It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We used the ATVs to visit most of the areas on the island, but we did take the bus to the open air cinema in Kalmari (a must).   We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great.   The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  Konstantina, the desk manager and jill-of-all-trades was so incredibly helpful, friendly and made it feel like she was there to cater to our every whim. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.
