  Marianna and George were extremely friendly and helpful during our three day stay. The family-run hotel is a traditionally restored from scratch old harbour house with modern high tech amenities. Despite the lack of sea view, staying in the hotel is very pleasant. Rooms are nice and traditionally decorated. She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home.
