Our room was big, had big balcony and the cleaning lady was doing a good job. The hotel is located few meters from the beach, there is also a nice cafe near and one of the best restaurant in Chios across the street. Best value for money in a long time. -

The location of the hotel is perfect, near a wonderful beach that has also cafes, restaurants etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms have fridge, kitchen bathroom and have view to the sea. Great value for money -

Great place to wake up with one of Chios' best beaches at your doorstep. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we really loved having a kitchen. The location is within easy driving distance to Chios town and many nice villages, beaches, restaurants, etc. But best of all was the hospitality of the owners. They always made us feel at home,

Agias Fotini is a good location. The sea is right in front of the hotel. It's very convenient. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is clean, nice, has a good patio. The owners even gave us orange jam while we were leaving.

Very clean & new rooms. very nice view and rooms at the lower level have great garden/terace. Extra friendly owners! very helpful with very good English. Location might look far but if you rented a car, it is very easy & convinient. directions that the owners sent us were very clear and easy to fallow. It is a good spot for famiy / couples

The apartments are new, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and kept immaculately clean. The area Agios Ioannis, Kallimasias is peaceful but also convenient for the tour of the island. The well-known beach Agia Fotini (Fotia) is just 100m away and it is memorable. The owners Pantelis & Yollanda are very friendly and kind hosts. We plan on staying here again.
