All was okey.the room ,kitchen and bathroom was in good condition.N o noise in the sorrounding especially is near the airport.We liked all in your service. Thankyou Mau & Joyce

Friendly staff, convenient location with adjacent bus stop which took you to train station which made it easy to get to city centre. Apartment facilities were ok. Nice quite area. Secure car parking.

The bell went on hourly even at night of the church `round the corner waking us up.
The rooms were very big. Bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as well as a little living room. Breakfast had a good selection. Close to University and Botanical Gardens. English speaking staff. Internet was fast but only one user could use it at a time for each room. Hotel is very close to pastry shops and grocery stores. Lots of places to go walking. Easy trip into stuttgart.
No air conditioning or ceiling fans. The upper rooms would get kind of hot during the day in July and would have a hard time cooling down at night so we bought a fan during our 2 weeks there and that seemed to help. Also provided white noise from the church bells that rang every quarter hour day and night. The pillows had no support so we bought our own pillows also.

Staff at check-in and next day at breakfast were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was actually a split level serviced apartment.
No AC in the room! It was so stuffy. We had to open the windows but that meant we could hear the noise from outside (not a good night's sleep!). There was a church nearby which rang its bells every 30 mins! At 6am it rang for about 5 mins! Woke both of us up! The pillows were so lumpy. I wouldn't even consider donating such pillows if I had them in my own house! Really really poor hotel which I strongly suggest avoiding at all costs!
